Pale, yellow color. Expressive nose with aromas of ripe pear and white blossom. Gastronomic style with great taste and a balanced character. Full and round mouthfeel supported by a nice fresh and mineral undertone. The finish is long, clean and with great finesse.
Ideal companion with crustaceans, seafood and grilled or non-grilled firm fish. Also delicious with different goat cheeses.

60-70 year old vines on a terroir of calcareous and clay soils with a substrate of limestone rocks dating from the Turoon. This era is named after a specific limestone that refers to a particular geological timeline. The French city of Tours is also derived from this name, where the geological layers "Tuffeau" are most prominent.
- vinification
-
100% Chenin Blanc. Organic viticulture since 2020. Manual harvest. Soft pressing and temperature controlled fermentation on a mixture of large wooden barrels and concrete vats. The wine then rests in Stockinger barrels (Austrian!) without the addition of sulphites. More than six months later, the wine is bottled.
